I've spoken with both of them, and have agreed to help, but there doesn't seem to be anything I can say or do to get Aaida out of the refugee camp. My quest log says she has left to go back and meet Lootra in the Flophouse. In order to safely get Aaida out of the refugee sector in the "Galactic Reunification" side quest, you have to eliminate the two Exchange Thugs that Guard the entrance to the area. I found Aadia first, spoke to her, then found Lootra in the docks, and spoke to him. I then ran into Aaida in the refugee sector and out of curiosity, talked to her. Problem is though, when I go back to the apartment in the Flophouse, Aaida is there but Lootra is nowhere to be found.
