Jan 21, 2018 · IMO a 165 Massy is equal to or better than any of the Ford products of the same SIZE in that era BUT that was many years ago. Like the other models in this series, it enjoyed a production run of 8 years from 1975 until 1983. The 265 is an improvement on the 165 but the 165 was a superb tractor to begin with. Not really a fair comparison unless price and condition are added to the equation. Its last known price was US$ 22,500 back in 1983. .
